européen de Banques centrales ; - les tâches principales, au nombre de 13 (art. 4), dont 6 relèvent de l'art. 109F paragraphe 2 du Traité, 2 sont de nature consultative et 5 se rapportent au cadre règlementaire et organisationnel dont le SEBC aura besoin ; - les "fonctions consultatives" (art. 5) ; - les "fonctions

Lamfalussy a commencé à faire connaître ses priorités, notamment lors de son audition au PE (Sous-Commission monétaire) le 10 novembre 1993 en insistant d'abord sur le rôle de la coordination des politiques monétaires et de surveillance du SME.The Treaty goes on to make a distinction between: - the main objectives laid down for the EMI, of which there are only three (Article 2): coordination of monetary policies, development of the ecu and preparation for the
