Ed Broadbent: I'm really trying to understand this, because if it got into the hands of U.S. security forces or whatever and that's not criticizing them for looking after their own interests, but I am concerned that if they look after their own interests by impinging upon the privacy of Canadians.If this gets into the hands of U.S. security forces, who don't have the best record in recent history of treating people in an outstanding way, with the CIBC as a transmission agency, how do we control in any way, once it leaves our borders, how it's dealt with in the U.S.?
