2. L'État membre qui a accordé une homologation UE doit la révoquer si l'unité embarquée, le capteur de mouvement, la feuille d'enregistrement ou la carte tachygraphique ayant fait l'objet de l'homologation sont considérés comme non conformes au présent règlement, ou présentent, à l'usage, un défaut d'ordre général qui les rend impropres à leur destination.
2. A Member State which has granted EU type approval shall withdraw such approval if the vehicle unit, motion sensor, record sheet or tachograph card which has been approved is not in conformity with this Regulation or displays any general defect during use which makes it unsuitable for the purpose for which it is intended.
