(2) Lorsque, à l’égard d’une année d’imposition, le revenu total d’un particulier gagné dans toutes les provinces, déterminé conformément au paragraphe (1), dépasse le revenu visé au paragraphe 115(1) de la Loi, le montant de son revenu gagné au cours de l’année d’imposition dans une province donnée est la fraction de son revenu ainsi visé que représente le montant de son revenu gagné au cours de l’année d’imposition dans la province, déterminé conformément au paragraphe (1), par rapport au total de tous ces montants.
(2) Where the aggregate of the amount of an individual’s income as determined under subsection (1) for all provinces for a taxation year exceeds his income described in subsection 115(1) of the Act, the amount of his income earned in the taxation year in a particular province shall be that proportion of his income so described that the amount of his income earned in the taxation year in the province as determined under subsection (1) is of the aggregate of all such amounts.
