Est-ce que le sénateur, ou toute autre personne, a songé à mettre en place un fonds de transition ou un groupe de travail chargé d'aider ces collectivités et leurs habitants pendant la période de transformation en faveur d'un système de soins primaires, afin d'accorder la priorité aux travailleurs de l'hôpital ou en fait — c'est un concept terrible — d'offrir un paiement forfaitaire aux personnes qui ont 50 ans et même 60 ans et un peu plus et qui ont occupé toute leur vie un poste de préposé aux soins, entre autres, à ces hôpitaux?
Has the honourable senator, or anyone else, thought about a transition fund or funding, or a transition task force to help these communities and the people who live in these communities during the transformation into a primary care system that will either give priority to people who work in the hospital, or indeed — and this is a terrible word — provide buy-outs for those people who are in their 50s and early 60s and whose only working life has been as orderlies, and so on, at these hospitals?
