| (b)Persons working in a senior position, as defined in i) a) above, within a legal person, who are responsible for setting up in a Member State a commercial presence of a service provider of Chile when:the representatives are not engaged in making direct sale or supplying services (in addition, for EE, HU, LV, SI: or on their own behalf receive remuneration from a source located within the Member State concerned), andthe service provider has its principal place of business in the territory of Chile and has no other representative, office, branch or subsidiary in that Member State.
