44. invite le Kosovo à améliorer l'environnement économique pour les petites et moyennes entreprises en allégeant la charge administrative et les frais afférents, en améliorant l'accès aux financements et en proposant un soutien spécifique à la création d'entreprises; accueille très favorablement la signature d'un protocole d'accord entre la Chambre du commerce du Kosovo et celle de la Serbie;

Calls on Kosovo to improve the business environment for small and medium-sized enterprises by reducing the administrative burden and associated costs, increasing access to funding and providing specific support for start-ups; warmly welcomes the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Chambers of Commerce of Kosovo and of Serbia;
