I'd like to follow up on the question that was posed by Monsieur Sauvageau about how you plan to take this action plan to the employees.

What has been suggested is a deferral of capital gains tax on the money that owners get from selling their shares to employees, with some proviso that they invest it in another Canadian equity so that the money stays in the economy.
