Membership — when the competent authority or authorities acts as a coordinating body for other competent authorities, a list of these is required together with a summary of the institutional relationships established in order to ensure coordination.

As regards the establishment of a changeover board in charge of preparing and co-ordinating the national changeover, seven Member States had already established a co-ordinating body prior to the adoption of the previous Report last year.

The Commission and the audit authorities, and the coordination body, where such a body has been designated, shall meet on a regular basis and at least once a year unless otherwise agreed between them in order to examine together the annual control report and opinion presented under Article 62 and to exchange views on other issues relating to the improvement of the management and control of operational programmes.

To this end an active role will be taken in 'In-country gender donor co-ordination groups' or, in case such a mechanism does not exist, in the creation of a co-ordination body will be pursued.
