Le règlement doit être interprété en ce sens que, dans une situation où un sujet - à la suite d'untransfert - a cessé d’exercer toute activité professionnelle dans un État (l'Autriche) et n’y réside plus, l’octroi de prestations familiales relève de la législation de l’État membre danslequel l’intéressé réside et, en l'occurrence, purge la fin de sa peine (l'Allemagne).
The Regulation must be interpreted as meaning that, in a situation where a person, following a transfer, has ceased carrying on all occupational activity in a State (Austria) and no longer resides there, the grant of family benefits comes within the scope of the legislation of the Member State where the person resides and, in this case, serves the remainder of his sentence (Germany).
