- qu'un produit visé au présent protocole n'est pas conforme à la réglementation concernant le commerce de vin ou a fait l'objet d'actions frauduleuses visant à l'obtention ou à la commercialisation d'un tel produit et - que cette non-conformité présente un intérêt spécifique pour une ou plusieurs autres parties contractantes et est de nature à donner lieu à des mesures administratives ou à des poursuites judiciaires,
- that a product referred to in this Protocol does not comply with the rules concerning trade in wine or has been the subject of fraudulent action to obtain or market such a product, and - that such failure to comply with the rules is of specific interest to one or more other Contracting Parties and is such as to lead to administrative measures or legal action,
