I am sure that, as well as asking for special treatment, they will have requested some of the measures which Mr Musotto is asking for today in his report – and I congratulate him also – in which he stresses the need to differentiate between statistical convergence and real convergence, as well as the suitability of using alternative indicators to per capita income, such as unemployment, the lack of infrastructures, the lack of transport and energy, double insularity, the training of human resources and the levels of ozone in the outer ...[+++]most regions.
