Q. considérant que les Roms souffrent de discrimination et d'exclusion sociale et qu'une attention particulière devrait être accordée aux mineurs et aux femmes au sein des communautés roms, en particulier en ce qui concerne leurs droits fondamentaux, y compris leurs droits à l'éducation et à l'intégrité physique, ainsi que l'interdiction de l'esclavage et du travail forcé, consacrés aux articles 3 et 5 de la Charte des droits fondamentaux;
Q. whereas Roma suffer from discrimination and social exclusion and special attention should be paid to minors and women within Roma communities, in particular with respect to their fundamental rights, including their rights to education and to physical integrity, as well as to the prohibition of slavery and forced labour, as enshrined in Articles 3 and 5 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights;
