While some indicators appear to be used by a majority of Member States (e.g. participation and completion rate in VET programmes) other key outcome oriented indicators, such as 'utilisation of skills at the workplace' or 'share of employed learners at a designated point in time after completion of training' are less used, even though they could provide key evidence on how to ensure a better alignment with labour market needs.

One of the deliverables was a “Report on indicators for monitoring the implementation and evaluating the impact of a National Plan or Strategy for rare diseases" which served as a basis for the adoption of the “EUCERD Recommendations on Core Indicators for Rare Disease National Plans/Strategies”[8].
