150 millions d'EUR ont été assurés par la KfW, dont 54,3 millions d'EUR dans le cadre d’un emprunt sous forme d’obligations convertibles, que la KfW devait échanger contre des actions le 14 février 2008 (avec effet au 28 février 2008) pour accroître sa participation dans IKB à 43 %.
KfW covered EUR 150 million, of which EUR 54,3 million took the form of a convertible bond, which IKB converted into shareholder equity on 14 February 2008 (effective on 28 February 2008), thereby increasing KfW’s share in IKB to 43 %.
