44)«transit»: un déplacement entre deux pays tiers comprenant un passage, sous surveillance douanière, par l’un des territoires énumérés à l’annexe I ou un déplacement entre deux territoires énumérés à l’annexe I comprenant un passage par le territoire d’un pays tiers, sauf en ce qui concerne les règles visées à l’article 1er, paragraphe 2, point g), auquel cas le terme a l’une des deux significations suivantes.
