La juridiction nationale demande à la Cour de justice si un organisme, tel que TVC, procède à une communication au public au sens de la directive 2001/29 lorsqu'il diffuse, sur Internet, des émissions radiodiffusées à des membres du public qui auraient été en droit d’accéder au signal de radiodiffusion original en utilisant leurs propres appareils de télévision ou leurs propres ordinateurs portables chez eux.
The High Court asks the Court of Justice whether there is a communication to the public, within the meaning of Directive 2001/29, in the case where an organisation such as TVC streams over the internet broadcasts to members of the public who would have been entitled to access the original broadcast signal using their own television sets or laptops in their own homes.
