Just following up on my colleague's questions, with regard to profiting from the lease within the park, I assume the value of those leasehold improvements would be a function of the amount of capital invested, the size of the house, and so on—as it would be in other locales—as well as the amount of time remaining on the lease, the amount of money being paid to lease that land, and for how much time.
