L’article 11 du projet de loi crée une nouvelle étape dans le processus d’examen des demandes déférées à la SPR : avant l’audience devant la SPR, le demandeur d’aile doit se présenter à une entrevue devant un fonctionnaire, à la date fixée par l’agent ayant ordonné le déféré conformément aux règles de la Commission.
Clause 11 of the bill creates a new step in the process for referred claims: prior to his or her hearing before the RPD, the claimant must attend an interview with an official on a date fixed by the referring officer in accordance with the rules of the Board.
