cacement la mise en application par les États membres tout en veillant à ce que les rescrits ne portent pas préjudice au marché intérieur; souligne que l'adoption de la position du Conseil empêcherait de tirer pleinement parti de l'échange automatique d'informations sur les rescrits fiscaux, en particulier en termes de mise en œuvre effective, et invite donc le Conseil à s'en tenir à la proposition de la Commission et à tenir dûment compte de l'avis du Parlement sur le sujet, en particulier en ce qui concerne le champ d'application de la directive (tous les rescrits fiscaux et pas seulement les rescrits transfrontaliers), la période de rétroactivité (tous les rescrits fiscaux encore valides seraient échangés) et les informations à fournir à la Commission, qui devrait avoir accès aux rescrits fiscaux;

...[+++]event drawing all benefits from the automatic exchange of rulings, in particular in terms of effective implementation, and calls on the Council, therefore, to stick to the Commission’s proposal and take due account of the Parliament’s opinion thereon, in particular as regards the scope of the directive (all tax rulings instead of cross-border only), the retroactivity period (all tax rulings still valid should be exchanged) and the information provided to the Commission, which should have access to the tax rulings;
