4. Les informations tarifaires personnalisées plus détaillées visées au paragraphe 2 sont les redevances à la minute ou au bit (TVA comprise) applicables, en vertu de la formule tarifaire de l'abonné itinérant concerné, à la réalisation et la réception d’appels ainsi qu'à l'envoi et à la réception de SMS et de MMS et à tout autre service de communication de données en itinérance disponible sur tout réseau visité dans l'État membre dans lequel l'abonné itinérant se déplace.
4. The more detailed personalised pricing information referred to in paragraph 2 shall be the per-minute or per-bit roaming charges (including VAT) applicable under the tariff scheme of the roaming customer concerned to the making and receipt of calls and to the sending and receiving of SMS, MMS and other available roaming data communication services on every network in the Member State in which the customer is roaming.
