Conformément aux dispositions du pacte de stabilité et de croissance, la Grèce a soumis en janvier 2010 un programme de stabilité actualisé conformément auquel un effort substantiel de consolidation budgétaire sera consenti, le déficit passant de 12,7 % du produit intérieur brut (PIB) en 2009 à un taux sous la barre des 3 % du PIB à l’horizon 2012.
In compliance with the provisions of the Stability and Growth Pact, Greece submitted in January 2010 an updated stability programme according to which a substantial effort towards fiscal consolidation, with the deficit declining from 12.7% of gross domestic product (GDP) in 2009 to below 3% of GDP as from 2012.
