The Group has identified a number of concrete actions, which could contribute to CO reductions, such as vehicle technology, alternative fuels, eco-driving and gear-shift indicators, taxation, consumer information and labelling or congestion avoidance.

We only know one thing: the changes arising from broadband development will be much more far-reaching this time than those of the last 10 years because the speed of change is greater today than it was then.

However, the rapid pace of technological change makes it difficult to provide all students with high-speed broadband access at an affordable price using up-to-date equipment and software.
