(3) For the purpose of subsection (2), a child born posthumously to a participant is entitled to a benefit under section 18 if the child is born following a gestation period commencing before the date when the participant ceased to be required to contribute under this Part.
(3) Pour l’application du paragraphe (2), l’enfant né d’un participant après la mort de ce dernier a droit à la prestation prévue à l’article 18 s’il est né au terme d’une grossesse commencée avant la date où le participant a cessé d’être tenu de cotiser aux termes de la présente partie.
