It was found in the present investigation that essential parts of ironing boards should be covered since legs, tops and iron rests determine the characteristics of the finished product and cannot have an end-use other than being incorporated into the final product (i.e. the ironing board) and, as such, they are not a distinct product.
La présente enquête a permis de constater que les éléments essentiels des planches à repasser devaient être couverts, puisque les pieds, planches et repose-fers déterminent les caractéristiques du produit fini et ne peuvent être utilisés à d'autres fins que celle d'être incorporés dans le produit fini (à savoir, la planche à repasser) et, en tant que tels, ne constituent pas un produit distinct.
