To enable really effective restructuring, Community part-financing is granted only if the land released by the retiring farmer, whatever the form of acquisition or tenancy, is ceded to: - one or more main-activity farmers who thereby increase the size of their farms significantly, or - a person taking over from the retiring head of the farm who increases its size significantly.
Pour permettre une restructuration vraiment efficace, le cofinancement communautaire n'est accordé que si les terres libérées par le cédant sont destinées, quelle que soit la forme d'acquisition ou de location : - à un ou plusieurs agriculteurs à titre principal qui agrandissent significativement leur exploitation, ou - à l'installation d'une personne qui succède au cédant à la tête de l'exploitation et qui en agrandit significativement la taille.
