1. Aid for the conservation of genetic resources in forestry, linked to forest-environmental and climate services and forest conservation, granted to public or private entities shall be compatible with the internal market within the meaning of Article 107(3)(c) of the Treaty and shall be exempted from the notification requirement of Article 108(3) thereof where it fulfils the conditions laid down in paragraphs 2 to 6 of this Article and in Chapter I.
12. Les aides à la conservation des ressources génétiques dans le secteur forestier, liées à des services forestiers, environnementaux et climatiques et à la conservation des forêts, accordées à des entités publiques ou privées sont compatibles avec le marché intérieur au sens de l'article 107, paragraphe 3, point c), du traité et sont exemptées de l'obligation de notification prévue par son article 108, paragraphe 3, lorsqu'elles remplissent les conditions établies aux paragraphes 2 à 6 du présent article et au chapitre I.
