2. Subject to and in accordance with the
information-sharing arrangements, the notified competent author
ities shall without delay transmit the information on notifications referred to in paragraph 1, as necessary, in order to prevent any transaction that could contribute to proliferation-sensitive nuclear activities or to the development
of nuclear weapons delivery systems, to the competent authorities of other Member States where

2. Sous réserve des modalités fixées pour l'échange d'informations et conformément à celles-ci, les autorités compétentes informées transmettent sans délai les informations relatives aux notifications visées au paragraphe 1, si nécessaire, pour éviter toute opération pouvant concourir à des activités nucléaires posant un risque de prolifération ou à la mise au point de vecteurs d'armes nucléaires, aux autorités compétentes des autres États membres dans lesquels sont établies les contreparties de ces opérations".
