Taking into account what we feel, taking into account what we see, in the functioning of Europe as a whole, the 27 and the 16 (and tomorrow 17), we considered that the first proposal of the Commission was too weak in terms of automaticity and in terms of rigour of the governance, both for the fiscal surveillance and for the competitiveness indicators, the imbalances.
Si l’on considère notre ressenti et notre vision relatifs au fonctionnement de l’Europe dans son ensemble, les 27 pays et les 16 (et demain 17), nous considérons que la première proposition de la Commission était trop faible en termes d’automatisme et de rigueur de gouvernance, à la fois pour la surveillance fiscale et pour les indicateurs de compétitivité et les déséquilibres.
