3. In line with this approach, 6 Commissioners' Groups were set up and entrusted with the task of identifying, within a pre-defined political framework, the political objectives, the associated instruments, and finally, the estimated budgetary costs of delivering the objectives with the identified instruments.
3. Conformément à cette approche, six groupes de commissaires ont été constitués et ont reçu pour mission d'identifier, au sein d'un cadre politique prédéfini, les objectifs politiques, les instruments associés et, enfin, les coûts budgétaires estimés que représente la mise en œuvre des objectifs au moyen des instruments identifiés.
