For the purpose of the definition “eligible apprentice” in subsection 127(9) of the Act, a prescribed trade in respect of a province means, at all times in a taxation year, a trade that is, at any time in that taxation year, a Red Seal trade for the province under the Interprovincial Standards Red Seal Program.

Pour l’application de la définition de « apprenti admissible » au paragraphe 127(9) de la Loi, est un métier visé relativement à une province tout au long d’une année d’imposition le métier qui, à tout moment de cette année, est un métier désigné Sceau rouge pour la province dans le cadre du Programme des normes interprovinciales Sceau rouge.
