Then, a European jury - composed of two representatives of the European Commission and three of the member states as well as representatives of the EOC (European Olympic Committee), of ENGSO (European Non-Governmental Sports Organisations) and of the Sport for All movement - proposed a number of projects to the Commission in the light of the recommendation of national committees.
