– (ES) Mr President, the judge of the National High Court issued a cautionary order which explains that the companies Egunkaria Sortzen and Egunkaria , as well as the newspaper which the latter edits, fall within the framework of ETA and, following this cautionary closure, that same judge interviewed the directors of the company and committed five of the ten people arrested to unconditional prison, accused of belonging to a terrorist organisation.
- (ES) Monsieur le Président, le juge de la Haute Cour nationale a rendu un jugement préventif qui explique que les entreprises Egunkaria Sortzen et Egunkaria , ainsi que le journal que publie cette dernière, font partie du réseau de l'ETA. Après cette fermeture à titre de précaution, ce même juge a entendu les responsables de l'entreprise et a condamné cinq des dix personnes arrêtées à la prison inconditionnelle, celles-ci étant accusées d'appartenir à une organisation terroriste.
