15. Calls on the government of Bangladesh to take decisive steps for the improvement of the situation of the landless population, and in particular to put the dispositions of the ‘land manual’ of 1987 into practice which foresees the handing out of 1 acre of land to landless men and 1 acre of land to landless women thus respecting the right of women to have access to land;
15. demande au gouvernement du Bangladesh d’arrêter des mesures significatives visant à améliorer la situation de la population privée de terres et insiste notamment sur la nécessité de mettre en œuvre les dispositions du « Livre sur la propriété foncière » de 1987, qui préconise que chaque homme et chaque femme se voient remettre un demi-hectare de terre, respectant ainsi le droit des femmes de disposer de biens fonciers;
