Sur le second, la Commission est d'avis que les besoins de planification, de soutien (formation, collecte et traitement de l'information, analyse du réseau) d'organisation et d'évaluation des coopérations opérationnelles pourraient conduire, au-delà de l'établissement d'une unité commune des praticiens, à la mise en place d'une structure opérationnelle communautaire.
On the second point, the Commission believes that requirements in terms of planning, support (training, information gathering and processing, network analysis, etc.), organisation and evaluation of operational cooperation could require, beyond the creation of a joint unit made up of practitioners, the establishment of a Community operational structure.
