7. Sur la base de cet état prévisionnel, la Commission inscrit à l’avant-projet de budget général de l’Union européenne les crédits qu’elle juge nécessaires en ce qui concerne le tableau des effectifs et le montant de la subvention à imputer sur le budget et saisit l’autorité budgétaire de cet avant-projet, conformément à l’article 272 du traité instituant la Communauté européenne.
7. On the basis of the estimate, the Commission shall enter in the preliminary draft general budget of the European Union, which it shall place before the budgetary authority, in accordance with Article 272 of the Treaty establishing the European Community, the estimates it deems necessary for the establishment plan and the amount of the subsidy to be charged to that budget.
