I have even recently received the complaint from a Romanian party, the Socialist Workers’ Party, which now has to call itself the Socialist Alliance Party in order to remain legal, which started by gaining 4.6% of votes in elections in the 1990s, but was later, in the official results, given 3.9%, thus falling below the 4% threshold and remaining outside the parliament.
J’ai même reçu récemment une plainte d’un parti roumain, le parti des travailleurs socialistes, qui doit désormais s’appeler le parti de l’alliance socialiste pour rester légal, qui a commencé par obtenir 4,6% des voix aux élections dans les années 1990 mais qui ensuite, d’après les résultats officiels, en a obtenu 3,9%, c’est-à-dire moins que le seuil de 4%, ce qui fait qu’il est exclu du parlement.
