Dans le cas des pays bénéficiaires du système de préférences généralisées, du Pacte andin et du MCCA, les règlements n 375⅛3 et 3352/83 disposent que sont considérés comme produits originaires ceux qui après leur exportation de ces pays ne subissent aucune transformation ultérieure ou, s'ils en subissent une, à condition qu'elle soit insuffisante ou que dans cette transformation n'aient été utilisés que des produits originaires desdits pays.
In the case of GSP beneficiary states, the Andean Pact and the CACM, Regulations 375⅛3 and 3352/83 state that products will be considered as originating in a country if, following export from that country, they undergo no further processing, or, should processing occur, it is incomplete in nature or uses only products originating from the above-mentioned country.
