La Commission peut, par voie d’actes d’exécution, établir des règles concernant les modalités de présentation des envois d’animaux et de biens des catégories visées à l’article 47, paragraphe 1, les unités de transport ou subdivisions qui peuvent constituer un envoi individuel et le nombre maximal de ces unités de transport ou subdivisions dans chaque envoi, compte tenu de la nécessité de garantir un traitement rapide et efficace des envois et des contrôles officiels incombant aux autorités compétentes et, le cas échéant, des normes internationales.
4. The Commission may, by means of implementing acts, lay down rules on the practical arrangements for presentation of consignments of the categories of animals and goods referred to in Article 47(1), the transport units or sub-entities which can constitute an individual consignment and the maximum number of such transport units or sub-entities in each consignment, taking into account the need to ensure the rapid and efficient handling of the consignments and the official controls to be performed by the competent authorities and, where relevant, international standards.
