a) Par "région d'origine", à l'expédition, on entend la région de l'État membre d'expédition où les marchandises ont été produites ou ont fait l'objet d'opérations de montage, d'assemblage, de transformation, de réparation ou d'entretien; à défaut, la région d'origine est la région d'où les marchandises ont été expédiées ou, à défaut, la région où le processus de commercialisation a eu lieu.
(a) The region of origin, on dispatch, means the region of the Member State of dispatch where the goods were produced or were erected, assembled, processed, repaired or maintained; failing that, the region of origin is the region where the goods were dispatched, or, failing that, the region where the commercial process took place.
