73 (1) En cas de décès de l’unique appelant ou de tous les appelants, le représentant légal de l’unique appelant, ou de celui qui a survécu le dernier, peut, avec l’autorisation de la Cour ou d’un juge, produire une déclaration constatant le décès de l’appelant et alléguant qu’il en est le représentant légal; la procédure peut alors suivre son cours contre le représentant légal agissant comme appelant.
73 (1) In the event of the death of a sole appellant, or of all the appellants, the legal representative of the sole appellant, or of the last surviving appellant, may, by leave of the Court or a judge, file a suggestion of the death, and that he is that legal representative, and the proceedings may thereupon be continued at the suit of and against the legal representative as the appellant.
