Le projet vise : - la couverture radar et photographique de la Guinée Equatoriale continentale par moyens aéroportés devant permettre l'établissement d'un inventaire détaillé du potentiel forestier; - un appui logistique et d'assistance technique à l'Office de Contrôle, d'Information et de Promotion des Espèces Forestières (OCIPEF); - la formation du personnel national.
