Si tel est le cas et que le vérificateur général nous dit qu'un bon échantillon est fiable et peut être extrapolé, est-on en mesure de confirmer que règne dans l'ensemble du ministère la situation déplorable qu'on a décrite dans la vérification interne et qu'il faudrait donc tenir une enquête publique sur toute la situation, et non pas seulement sur les 37 cas, qui ne sont qu'une partie de l'échantillon?
If this is so, and considering that the auditor general has told us that a good sampling is reliable and can be extrapolated, can we confirm that the deplorable situation described in the internal audit prevails throughout the department and that we must, therefore, conduct a public inquiry into the entire situation, and not limit ourselves to the 37 cases, which comprise only a portion of the sampling?
