Entre la date d'ouverture des adjudications et le 17 novembre 2009, la quantité de maïs importée en Espagne pouvant être comptabilisée au titre du contingent à droit d'importation réduit, diminuée des quantités de produits de substitution des céréales visés à l'article 2, paragraphe 1, du règlement (CE) no 1296/2008 de la Commission du 18 décembre 2008 portant modalités d'application des contingents tarifaires à l'importation respectivement de maïs et de sorgho en Espagne et de maïs au Portugal (5), couvre seulement 13 % du contingent.
Between the date of the opening of the invitations to tender and 17 November 2009 the quantity of maize imported into Spain which can be classified as part of the reduced import duty quota, less the quantities of cereal substitutes referred to in Article 2(1) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1296/2008 of 18 December 2008 laying down the detailed rules for the application of tariff quotas for imports of maize and sorghum into Spain and imports of maize into Portugal (5), covers only 13 % of the quota.
