Dans leur réponse au questionnaire antisubvention, les pouvoirs publics chinois ont déclaré que "conformément à la loi sur l'administration des sols de la RPC, le sol dans les districts urbains appartient à l'État, tandis que dans les zones rurales et les zones suburbaines, sauf disposition contraire prise par l'État, le sol appartient aux paysans".
In its reply to the anti-subsidy questionnaire the GOC stated that "In accordance with the Land Administration Law of the PRC, land in urban districts shall be owned by the State; land in rural areas and suburban areas, except otherwise provided for by the State, shall be collectively owned by peasants".
