3. Neither Party shall exercise available rights under air services arrangements with a third country to refuse, revoke, suspend or limit authorisations or permissions for any airlines of that third country on the grounds that effective control of that airline is vested in the other Party, its nationals, or both, provided that the third country in question has established a record of cooperation in air services relations with both Parties.
3. Aucune des parties n’exerce les droits pouvant découler d’accords conclus avec un pays tiers en matière de services aériens pour refuser, révoquer, suspendre ou limiter des autorisations ou des agréments d’un transporteur aérien dudit pays tiers au motif que le contrôle effectif de ce transporteur aérien est entre les mains de l’autre partie, de ses ressortissants, ou des deux à la fois, pour autant que le pays tiers en question entretienne de bonnes relations de coopération en matière de services aériens avec les deux parties.
