26. A person who sells any personal property to a recognized First Nation, or to a member, an Indian within the meaning of the Indian Act, or a First Nation corporation, under an agreement made under the laws of a province whereby a right of property or right of possession to the personal property remains wholly or in part in the seller, may exercise the seller's rights under the agreement notwithstanding that the personal property is situated on land referred to in section 24.
26. La personne qui vend un bien meuble à la première nation reconnue, à un membre, à un Indien au sens de la Loi sur les Indiens ou à une société de la première nation aux termes d'un accord, conclu en application des lois d'une province, prévoyant que le vendeur conserve en totalité ou en partie le droit de propriété sur le bien meuble ou le droit à la possession de celui-ci, peut exercer les droits que lui confère l'accord même si le bien meuble est situé sur des terres visées à l'article 24.
