(a) each of the opening exempt surplus or opening exempt deficit, opening hybrid surplus or opening hybrid deficit, opening hybrid underlying tax, opening taxable surplus or opening taxable deficit, and opening underlying foreign tax, in respect of the new corporation, of the particular affiliate and of each foreign affiliate of the predecessor corporation in which the particular affiliate has, immediately before that time, an equity percentage (within the meaning assigned by subsection 95(4) of the Act) is deemed to be the amount, if any,
a) le surplus exonéré initial ou le déficit exonéré initial, le surplus hybride initial ou le déficit hybride initial, le montant intrinsèque d’impôt hybride initial, le surplus imposable initial ou le déficit imposable initial et le montant intrinsèque d’impôt étranger initial, relativement à la nouvelle société, de la société affiliée donnée et de chacune des sociétés étrangères affiliées de la société remplacée dans laquelle la société affiliée donnée a un pourcentage d’intérêt, au sens du paragraphe 95(4) de la Loi, immédiatement avant ce moment sont chacun réputés correspondre à celle des sommes ci-après qui est applicable :
