3. Where the obligation to conduct a post-authorisation safety study is imposed on more than one marketing authorisation holder, the same concerns apply to more than one medicinal product and the marketing authorisation holders concerned conduct a joint post-authorisation safety study, the amount payable by each marketing authorisation holder shall be levied as laid down in point 2 of Part II of the Annex.
3. Lorsque l'obligation de réaliser une étude de sécurité postautorisation est imposée à plusieurs titulaires d'autorisations de mise sur le marché, que les mêmes préoccupations concernent plus d'un médicament et que les titulaires d'autorisations de mise sur le marché concernés effectuent une étude de sécurité postautorisation conjointe, le montant dû par chaque titulaire d'autorisation de mise sur le marché est perçu conformément à la partie II, point 2, de l'annexe .
