Staff presentations will be designed to showcase iTrace, with an emphasis on 1) its concrete benefits for assisting in monitoring the implementation of the UN Programme of Action and the ATT; 2) its utility in identifying priority areas for international assistance and cooperation; and 3) its utility as a risk assessment profiling mechanism for arms export licensing authorities.

Your rapporteur is convinced that the EU should exercise greater leverage on Kosovo authorities in order to promote better compliance with international democratic and human rights standards and ensure that international assistance is used to pursue and underpin the long-term economic development of Kosovo.

Every year, before 31 January, the Council is to produce a review of international assistance provided during the previous calendar year. The review will comprise an overview of the international events that have taken place, an overview of the assistance provided and received and an overview of the main difficulties observed by the Member States and recommendations as to how such difficulties could be resolved.
